Side Dishes: Chapter 2: Page 19 (Patreon)

Holy crap, can you believe? We're right on the cusp of reacing $750/month and more complex colors on every page of the comic. Things are about to get very interesting, so I wanted to talk for a bit about what that will mean for the comic. Side Dishes will continue to update in cel-shading like what we have above. Side Dishes is interesting because initially each page was kind of a "vacation" day for me, since the comic was pure black and white while the main comic was in greyscaled color. Then when Side Dishes got funded for colors it became the work day in comparison to the rest of the week. It's been more or less the same amount of work as the main comic now that they've both been updating in cel-shaded color, but now I'd like to have it as a bit of lax day again while I continue to work on the main series. I'm sure that we'll reach the $750 goal soon, and it's actually a very good feeling to feel that confident about the future when things have been so uncertain for the past several months. Finances aren't the kind of thing I like to think about... hopefully I can reach the point where everything just works and I don't have to stress too much about it.

As for the main comic series, once we reach $750/month then I'll immediately start doing comic pages with the more complex color... unlike with the shift to color I won't be going back and reshading all the previous pages... there are simply too many this time. As well there are going to be too many more pages for the rest of the chapter to just wait for the chapter to be over. 

This was one of the first pages in a long time that came down to Dr. Sharktopus for the tie breaker. He chose this option because he wanted to see more of Hannah (or "Ha-Na", as I've chosen to call her in this series), plus we can still potentially use the other idea of Bianca having a ribbed or otherwise special cock in the future. I actually deliberately didn't show her cock for this page just in case someone wanted to suggest something to come up later. The suggestion for the page didn't clarify what Lily would use to plug up Hannah's cock... at first I was trying to think of some kind of bauble that would be in Bianca's throne room... but I couldn't think of anything that would really make sense without having to look for something in the room and take up time on the page. Then I thought maybe it could just be something Lily has... and I was sitting there trying to think of what long thin object she would have on her for any reason I noticed the feather in her hat. Earlier she had used her bandanna as a blindfold for Jenna, so I kind of like the idea of her using her few tools she has left in creative ways during sex. Plus now Hannah's going to have a big fluffy feather wobbling in front of her with whatever happens next, and that's just kind of funny to me.
