I can't remember if Amber's huge nipples were my idea or if it was a suggestion from a Patron. I try to use reader suggestions as much as possible, because I feel like it helps people to feel more connected with the series. But it sometimes gets hard to remember who I should thank for stuff like that.

If i recall right I think it was a bit from both sides. You hadn't really settled on what Amber's transformation would be and kind of tossed it out to us to brainstorm. With the only two caveats you gave was for it to be something that hadn't been done yet and the changes couldn't be too outlandish.
