I need to find some new places to share my work, since Tumblr has banned all adult content. Although from what people have told me it's still really easy to find porn on Tumblr, but honestly... I'm just done with that site. I don't want to support a place that jerks around its userbase like that. Although from what I've heard we can expect more of that going forward, since anti-sex-trafficking laws in America have had the side effect of making a lot of companies terrified of porn going forward.

How exactly do those sextrafficing laws affect pornography?

Not in a particularly logical way. I don't know all the details, but this is what I've managed to gather... the legal definition of sex trafficking has been made more vague, so that something like hiring a performer for porn could be tried as sex trafficking. As well, an alteration to the law has said that if a sex traficking transition occurs on a website, then the website itself could be held responsible and fined, even if they didn't know about it or endorse it. And with the definition of sex trafficking expanding so much, it could mean that something as simple as, say... tipping a webcam girl could be seen as a criminal act, and any site she advertises on could be held responsible for facilitating the sale. This is all, of course, a matter of whether or not anyone actually bothers to enforce and could vary depending on stuff like whether the Judge thinks it is or not. Still, the precedent is there in the legal system, and to avoid the possibility of legal trouble down the road, a number of sites have started enacting blanket policies that apply to all pornography, just to cover their asses in case something does happen.
