Bonus: Cassandra Bio: Hi-Res Early Access (Patreon)

I wasn't able to get a full comic page done today for various reasons, so instead I focused on getting a bio for Cassandra written. With her getting more focus in the story I've been thinking more about what it would take for someone to have an attitude like Cassandra's... that sort of gleefully bitchy and entitled way of thinking. Plus I had some details of her life that I wanted to get out, but which didn't really impact the story directly at the moment, so they kind of worked better to just reveal this way. In particular, the fact that her husband (Aleksei), isn't actually Helen's father, and that Cassandra has had several marriages already. I tried to find a Russian last name that didn't sound charming and exotic, so it would make sense that she just still goes by "Cassandra Troy".

I find it kind of interesting that characters who are a bit less involved with the main plot tend to have longer bios. I think a lot of that is because things like Jenna and Karen's "bios" are kind of just the comic itself, whereas these characters don't get as much attention, so there's a lot of details I come up with that you otherwise would never see if I didn't include them in places like this.
