As for me, my day has been kind of shitty. I don't want to get into the news or anything, but suffice to say that it's stressful to hear about it these days. So my wife and I ended up going out earlier today partly to pick up an order my wife made at a store, but to get some comfort food. We went to our local 5 Guys Burgers, and it felt like it took a weirdly long time for our meal to get finished. It turns out the cook was recooking the burgers for the group in front of us, because they had screwed up their order. And they also screwed up our order... like, forgetting the bacon in a bacon cheeseburger. And one of the big selling points for 5 Guys is apparently the highly customizable toppings options, and they forgot literally 4 items from my wife's burger. Every single customer in the store had at least one thing wrong with their order, and at that point I didn't trust them to actually fix the problem and just asked for a refund... but I guess because we'd already drunk most of it while we were waiting for our slow first burger, we didn't get a refund on our drinks. I could have probably argued that as well, but I didn't want to make even more of a scene and I just wanted to get out of there. So I had to leave and find somewhere else to eat, so on top of losing money on drinks, I also lost a ton of time both waiting on our food, figuring out the problem, getting a refund, then all the time it took to find a different place to eat. So I ended up behind on all my work all day plus in a bad mood from dealing with this.

Long story short, I don't recommend 5 Guys, based on this experience.
