As for the scene, I think you could have a succession of pages with two intertwined stories (Jenna x Lily & The Trio x Other Futas); like a "Meanwhile, in another part of the island" kind of thing, which could help moving the story forward. So, that'd mean starting a new scene next page, then coming back to Jenna getting teased, then back to the girls, and so on every 1-2 pages. Though, if you're afraid of the possible sequential clusterfuck, you could end this scene altogether with one more page of teasing and then show what the girls are up to. I concur with Quinn and John! Perhaps a mix of both? I definitely dig the idea of some ball swelling.
