The idea of having Karen fuck her mom using her clit is actually based on Patron suggestions. Although the original idea for the story involved clit growth as well, Dr. Sharktopus and I actually hadn't really intended for her to do anything with it. But I like taking suggestions from readers and trying to integrate them into the story. It's easier with the patrons in the $5+ tier, because they get to see comic pages almost two weeks early compared to everyone else, so they've got a lot more chances to influence the comic directly.
