I've started up a fairly serious diet recently, and so far I've been able to stick to it. Well, I'm not being too strict with it... I don't count calories or anything if I'm out to eat with friends, but at home I just follow a meal plan. I'm kind of naturally a creature of habit, so the routine of having all my meals for the week planned out ahead of time is appealing to me, even if it's not for dietary reasons. Although, wow... it takes a lot of vegetables to be as filling as a relatively small amount of meat.
