Dr. Sharktopus and I have actually discussed for a bit about whether or not to stick with the twist of revealing Bianca to be a futa as well. Having her with a dick was part of his plan from the beginning, but up to a certain point I felt like it would make Jenna seem more special if she was the only natural futa in the story. Ultimately, though, a lot of stuff planned will work best with Bianca as a futa as well, and we had actually planted a small hint much earlier in the story. During the dream sequence in the second chapter Bianca and Jenna had balls, since they're actually futas, but Karen and Lily didn't since they're fully female.
