I've been trying to exercise lately, which I believe I've mentioned before. I'm feeling generally healthier overall, but I'm not actually losing weight. Although I think that comes down mostly to the fact that I haven't really changed my diet in any significant way.  Still, I'm not gaining any more weight, and that's still a good thing, overall. I'd rather be able to eat what I like and not be too out of shape, rather than be really fit and never eat anything good.

Several useful diet tips: Drink plenty of water. As much as you think you need, then a little more. Cut out sugar as much as you can. Make lunch your biggest meal. Don't consume anything but water after 9PM.
