This chapter spends a bit of time explaining the logic of how magic works in this comic, though I try to avoid spending a lot of time just having characters stand around talking. I mean... there is some of that, but Anastasia is hanging out in sexy lingerie and posing the whole time, so that should make things a bit more interesting.
