I've had a little stair-stepper thing that I've been using to exercise for about a year now, and yesterday it just broke. I haven't really been losing weight with it, since I didn't really change my eating habits significantly, but I did stop gaining weight, and that's pretty much the best I could hope for. I don't like to jog, since I live in Texas and there's like... a brief 30 minute window in the early morning where it's sometimes cool enough to exercise outdoors without feeling like I'm baking in my own skin. I prefer something that I can just sort of do mindlessly while watching Netflix.
