Side Dishes 5-23 PSD (Patreon)

Okay, things should be mostly back to normal now.I just had my new tablet delivered, and so far it's been both more reliable, and more precise. I can get a much finer line with this new tablet. I had this page of Side Dishes mostly completed already... I can actually do cel shading with just a mouse and get it looking mostly right, though it's really, really time consuming compared to using a tablet. But with the tablet I was able to finish all the extra details that would take obscenely long with a mouse.

The real story of this page, though, is that my wife Rainbow Flyer helped me with the inks. In order to keep me from getting too far behind while I wait for my new tablet, she volunteered to take over inking duty... I feel like you can see some of hte differences between her style and mine, but I also feel like she gives a lot more energy to the page with her interpretation of my pencils. She's already inked another page for me and is planning to do another... I'm not sure how much I'm going to need her help going forward, although putting her into a permanent inking position is a Patreon goal that we've nearly achieved.
