The decision to add the pink balloons was kind of a last second thing... if you recall, there's an episode where Edna does a striptease as part of a teacher's talent show, which involves wearing just a bunch of balloons and slowly popping them. She doesn't wear any stockings in that scene lol but the client really likes the look of stockings digging into thighs, so we kept them anyway.
