This is the Free set of this months 'Into The Wilds' maps. The Into the Wilds maps are intended to be simpler & more generic than my regular sets and are perfect to drop in for random encounters when on the road or for when the party takes an unexpected turn and you want to be prepared. Patrons can get access to high resolution versions, and extra variants HERE 

Patrons voted for this months maps to be 'Forest' themed. The bundle includes:

Bear's Cave - Searching for respite from the elements, the party finds a sheltered cave below a small hillock. However they are not the only ones looking for a dry place to sleep.

Forked Path - While travelling along the woodland track, the party comes to a fork in the road. The directions they were given didn't say anything about this, and with the mist closing in they will need to decide which path to take quickly!

The Cabin - Near a small stream in the heart of the woods is a rustic log cabin. The inhabitants claim to have moved here to get away from the stresses of regular life, but you have the strange felling that they are running away from something, or someone.

Temple Ruins - The remains of an ancient, other-worldly temple deep in the forest. Nature has reclaimed much of the stonework, but the altar that sits in the centre seems untouched by the elements. Almost as if it is waiting for something.

Fae Pond - This mystical pond is the source of many local myths. Stop by at different phases of the moon and you might be lucky enough to witness strange and wonderful occurrences. Dancing lights, beautiful song, moon bows and maybe even a circle of faeries!

Clearing - After trekking through the dark woods, a break in the thick canopy is a treat! Careful though, you may not be the only one seeking a little sunlight and warmth.

Campsite - Sometimes darkness falls before you make it to the next destination. The forest is dangerous by day, but even more so by night. Just hope that those thin sheets of canvas are enough to keep you safe while you sleep!
