Any settlement is reliant on the common folk to prosper, they are the foundations upon which civilisation is built. To make sure your new village or town gets off to a good start, be sure to properly provide them with decent homes, good town planning and adequate facilities. Otherwise they will all die and there will be no one to pay taxes.
