Deviant art tricks you about Membership extension. (Patreon)

So Deviant art has been giving me more of a reason to hate it.
I had gotten core pro plus for one whole year in august, and in October I paid to extend which is says on the plan selection.
I extended the plan and instead of giving me a month extension, it overwrote my year membership and I lost my spent money on it and now have a monthly plan.... until I found out when I cancelled my monthly plan!

IDK how this is even allowed or legal when it specifically shows extend! I hope they can refund me because their was NO disclaimer!!

Like how hard is it to have a slight change in the UI for people who are currently a pro plus yearly member to just show switch??
and now I have to worry about their customer service, and Im sure they will not give me a refund or end up not answering my question.

This is why I will now be pushing people to move here so I can close my account on DA, seriously they are the worst! How can they even do that and not warn you if you already have a year membership!?

Also I will be posting my previews on my other profile and promote my patreon only!!
