Announcement Main ReQuest Form & Poll Schedule, plus Polling solution. (Patreon)

It took me a bit of time to figure everything out so I now have an official setup that hopefully makes sense.

NOTE: On August 1st, the first Main ReQuest will commence!!

The first one, people will submit the form & vote on a series/game/cartoon to be made in September.

The link to the form will be on my website once it starts (a major post will be made).

Everyone will be involved as Main ReQuest is meant for ALL Paid members!

===Schedule===

Every first 1st to 15th, the Main ReQuest Form will be open, and then close on the 15th Day of every month!

Then the 16th to the last day of the month, Polls will be open.

Once the final day hits, whatever result from the poll will be chosen for the next month ( September) and be made throughout the whole month.

Now the form & poll process will repeat,

1st of September to 15th Form is open

16th to the last day of September Poll is open,

Make whatever was voted on throughout October.

2 weeks for the Form & 2 weeks for the poll give everyone enough time to join in.

The solution to preventing repeated Choices in Polls:

Since it's going to be a poll, there will be a grace period where if a character/series/theme has already been voted on, it will be ignored on future polls for 6 months since the final result of the poll.

I will make a sheet to keep track, and it will be made available after a Main ReQuest!

Side ReQuests will have the same system as well!

This way people do not keep voting on the same character/series/theme over and over again!

I want everyone to feel like they have more of an impact on the polls as how polls typically happen on Patreon, people come and go and may end up voting on the same choice when they weren't here.

It could be extended depending how frequently people might end up voting on the same thing once the 6th month is up.
