I've recently been experiencing performance issues on my computer.

Tried restore points,
I tried deleting temporary files and certain programs that may be slowing it down.
One of which I feel like is the culprit but even uninstalling it it's still thinks it's still installed. (It's Lenovo vantage which I have a Lenovo gaming computer which makes no sense for it to give me problems since it's by then and I made sure it's the correct URL, noting the fact that Google promoted searches can sometimes be malicious)
Updating my drivers.

But nothing has changed,
So I may have to reset my computer.

Luckily my most important files(and original generated images) and models(and character models) are not on the main drive and there's an option to keep all personal files and just reinstall Windows.
However I might just do complete reset of the c drive just in case.

And I have made sure that everything is backed up.

It will just take a day or two for me to get back up and running.

This started a few days ago and I have not been able to figure out what's going on.

Try the program Process Lasso. It's like a better task manager and might give you insight into what's bogging things down.

Sadly I couldn't find anything that was bogging it down xD However I do love that program it's super super useful especially when it comes to turning off that damn efficiency mode that windows applies to every program. And I love the fact that I can add rules to make sure it's completely off on certain programs. It was the corporate for slowing down Chrome browser and other browsers and programs that I needed to be a top shape.
