The best way to describe and act as a tsundere is to act opposite to what you're feeling. So, you might act as if the tsundere is pretending she doesn't have feelings for the male character, but gradually, over time, she starts to slowly soften up. The early you got it right, where you acting hard to get but dropping some hint as well. Maybe "I don't want to date you and you don't want to date me" you can say something I doubt you want to date me, it slightly cold but true to the tsundare vibe.
