Tough because it depends on the context. on a base respect level, miss or ma'am works. On a "punishing or pleasuring the brat" level, mommy for sure. But as a purely dom to her sub scale, mistress is appropriate to convey the sub knows it's time to be serious and no disrespect will be tolerated.
