What should happen in the first episode of the February Patreon Polled Series (Patreon)

Hey all, as you might have heard me say for the month of February I want to do a little sorta CYOA series based on patreon polls. From the last poll we know it will be a series about me as your long term girlfriend and now we have to figure out what the first episode should be.
