Think of it as an AU. Rave Master is another one with the same character designs but in a completely different universe. They are all separate entities. Mashima is very much someone who draws everything the same, but always changes up the story.

A lot of people are wondering how the first two episodes were uploaded. The theory is they were leaked early by accident, but I'm of the mindset that Eden's Zero was aired on TV this past week, and it's not a simu-cast series like with One Piece (Toei) which has a deal with Crunchyroll. The subtitles aren't official though (done by a Discord group) so maybe the Netflix version will be released late, with official subs, not unlike how the CW's DC Comics shows air on TV on one date, but Netflix airs them 1-2 weeks later.

I just wanna say, through the two episodes, Edens Zero is already becoming my favorite new anime series. Just the fact that it is essentially Fairy Tail in space excites me. Add in the dark factor, and this might just be my favorite new series of 2021. We'll see at the end of the year.

I mean, like, it's not bad. I love the aesthetic, but I'm just not feeling it, the strong emotions, It feels forced to me (I mean the anime, not reaction ofc 😖 I just really don't like this type of friendship motive, it doesn't seem genuine to me) . But it also might be because of the anime and how they portray it, when I read the manga it was bit better. But I must say, Shiki's power is dope.

If only Mashima decided to tone down the power of friendship. Sure, I like it.... but he takes it a bit too far sometimes. Shiki's power is wasted in Eden's Zero to me, sadly. And I read the manga up to current.

Yes I'm of the same opinion. I read like up to 50 chapters? Because I wanted to see some well-known old faces if u know what I mean, but it's eh, it's eight. Nothing too special, but nothing too bad or anything. I am looking forward to the shaman king more 🤩

When I watched it on zoro.to happy didn’t call Rebecca a bitch
