At a certain point, these palette swaps are a little Warholesque almost. But it's fun to produce different scenarios from a single starting point.

Speaking of, it feels a bit like she may be underplaying just how drastic her condition really is to whomever is on the other end of this conversation. Might be a little weird since this was originally just a weight gain image, but she feels bulgy & round enough to make a slow, gradual berrification seem reasonable.
