Pokemon Trainees Concept (Patreon)

Monday morning brain thought of this cute concept - two "young" fighting-type Pokemon (Riolu and Mienfoo) training together and endeavoring to evolve! Friendly rivals to the end.

Riolu has always been one of my favorite Pokemon, I love Lucario and when I learned it had a cute pre-evolution, little kid me lost her mind lol. I always loved the designs of Mienfoo and Mienshao, too, though I never use them (holy crap, it evolves at level 50 what is going on in Gen 5).

Anyway, I thought the two would make good training partners! I hardly draw Pokemon but for some reason I felt like it today :P
