I decided to share a more authentic yoga experience this month! I typically practice on my yoga swing, but it is SO HARD to get a good angle, so I don’t post videos like this often. Hopefully I can get a house with more room for better angles in the future. 😄 Also I had to cut all the sound out because I didn’t consider the music I was listening to is copyrighted. 🥲
