Coloring Practice (Patreon)

I know I should be working on this month's Patreon reward pic with Ochako,

but I needed to get my creative juice back and did something simple that I'll never get tired of doing, which is drawing Laura's sweaty armpits XD

But the process was not so simple I'd say.

I saw some AI pics that was based on my style the other day and I think it was pretty cool to see my art's true potential.

So I used it as a reference and practiced on Yubi sketch from previous OCs height chart, trying to make it as close to the AI pics' shading.

The key thing I did was blending the lines with a blend brush and I tried doing it on Laura pic as well, adjusting the colors of the line too so that it barely pops out and blend in with the shading as much as possible.

The outcome is OK-ish i think. 

I still need a lot of practice making my pics look more 'realistic', but this next picture that I'm working on right now is turning out great so please stay tuned for that.
