I believe C.C. can speak to Lelouch who is in the soul realm, even though hhis physical body is dead. The movie follows an alternate timeline, the anime is separate

Thanks for this amazing series. Some interesting points of view: - Jeremiah used geass canceller on Anya to return her memories when he boarded her mech - Jeremiah (orange) is working on or owning an orange farm - The show has a theme about Geass users getting powerful enough to take the "Code" from the person that gave them geass in turn becoming immortal. This is shown by C2 getting the immortal code from the Priestess. Charles took the immortality from V2. All that is required to do this is to get geass in both eyes and then die. Which strangely enough is also exactly the order of what happened to Lelouch. What could this mean I wonder =)

the movies rewrite some details of the series with the last movie beign called lelouch of the resurection its pretty good though overall this series was perfection had the perfected ending the movies are just some good fanservice there was supposely gonna be more code geass but it never came.

26:06 I also forgot this moment on this S+ OST jesus fucking ch- Watching this anime while knowing about the end is so different I swear, no one was expecting this end first time watching it it was so sudden.. The "Farewell Kallen" last ep hit so different, same with Nunally here who wanted to create a symbol of hatred too just like Lelouch wanted to end up, so powerful, top 3 anime I might watch the movies someday, do it too mf !! ❤️

Fuck it hit me again. I love Code Geass and Lelouch. Damn losing tears here. And the following emptiness after finishing it. What a perfect ending. Watched it the second time. During the first time my heart broke even more. Thank you for reacting to this masterpiece. All Hail Lelouch!! You should check out Steins;Gate somewhen, another brilliant story.

Oh man, I've rewatched Code Geass more times than I can count. This is the first time I've watched it all the way through subbed though, definitely helped give new life to it as well. The ending is perfect, glad you enjoyed Nick.

Bro you should watch Code geass : Lelouch of the resurrection movie. I'm sure that you will like it. And just by the title of the movie, you can guess who the main character will be. Plus I think you will like the ending.

2024-01-21 15:49:17 You all may hate me for saying it but the whole anime got nonsense with Lelouch dead. Because C.C without Lelouch has no reason for being alive and that was continuously repeated through the series. It is hard to keep up with this series but if you watch it milion times you get it. Lelouch lied to all of characters and even lied to the viewers, he was never a type of guy which sacrifices himself but the others. C.C in the end admited that her wish was always to be in true love her geass manifest that and Lelouch promised her to grant that wish. There is many lines in the show witch resembles that e.x in the fist episode C.C was sayig that "she founds her...." her what? not the killer becouse he didn't kill her but he promised her to fufill her wish witch wasn't to die becouse in the end she run away from Charles and we know that SHE IS ALIVE. You all can fight me but there is no reason for C.C to live without Lelouch.

lelouch never died though lol. he achieve both the code and the geass, thus making him immortal. in the end of the show C.C. is seen speaking to herself, except its not actually herself. lelouch is alive and well and driving the cart.

I think they put too much emphasis on the cart driver, plus little hints on how Code and Geass work while keeping it vague enough that you can't say it doesn't work like that, and it's literally called Code:Geass as if combining them, so Lelouch definitely got both Code and Geass. _____________________________________________________________ We saw C2 had Geass in both eyes with the Nun's emblem on her forehead, then she was fatally wounded and now she has Code with the emblem on her forehead. ____________________________________________________________ Then we see V2 with his emblem on his forehead while Charles has Geass in both eyes and later Charles is fatally wounded and reveals his emblem on his hand. _______________________________________________________ They probably all ritualistically put their foreheads together as tradition to transfer Code by direct contact, while Charles uses his hand which symbolizes him taking V2's Code by force and not V2 giving it to him like the rest. Then when Lelouch gets Geass in both eyes, he can now recieve Code and Charles accidentally gives Lelouch his Code when choking him. He also still has his Geass thanks to his contract with C2 still being active. ______________________________________________________________ This ending still works with the theme because everyone gets their own sort of punishment of not getting the atonement they desire. Suzaku wants to die, so he lives on as Zero, while Lelouch also wants to die, so he must live for eternity with C2 in exile, while they both carry and contain the evil power of Geass, confining it to themselves to remove its influence on the world. He also gets to make C2 smile this way. ______________________________________________________________ Also side note: Mao got 2 eyed Geass foreshadowing it's final stage as well as it not turning off, and the only reason C2 didn't give him her Code was out of pity for grooming this child only to betray and leave him to an eternity of loneliness without his loved one like the Nun did her.
