Season 3 is a single match, so it would be smart for you to watch it all at once

Loveee the reactions but wanted to echo the other comments. The next season is literally just the one game against shiratorizawa so although normally it would be better to not rush it, I think that this would be the exception. In the earlier seasons definitely easier to take slow since its character building but would recommend watching this one a little quicker
