People want to just refuse to learn any media literacy whatsoever and say just because something isn’t explicitly stated, that it doesn’t exist; as if allegory, subtext, metaphors, and allusion don’t exist. Hunter x Hunter is an extremely queer story. Togashi plays around with gender expression so freaking much! There’s a reason why so many people are unsure if Kurapika is a boy or a girl at first, Bisky has her cute little girl form to hide her buff very masculine form. Kalluto IS in fact a boy who just dresses very feminine. Pitou is very androgynous and in the manga at least it’s more unclear what their gender is. Those saying Alluka can’t be trans because the text doesn’t explicitly say the word trans (despite her family, who you’d think would know her gender assigned at birth calling her male and her insisting on using female pronouns) are the same ones bending over backwards, making every excuse under the sun about why her family other than Killua use he/him pronouns which are also not explicit in the text and even less valid because there is no textual or subtextual evidence to support their claims. Why do you think your unverified claim that Alluka isn’t trans is anymore valid than the claim that she is? There are hundreds of shonen anime that follow all the tropes and are catered to straight, cis boys and y’all are butt hurt because one (notably the one who subverts all the typical tropes) caters towards an LGBTQ+ audience, specifically trans/non-binary individuals. chill my guy that's not even it, the difference of using she/he in this episode is simply when they refer to " something " they refer to it as he but Alluka is actually a girl and the "something" inside her refer to as a boy. you're reaching my guy and it is not even about catering to lgbt community or straight

My best Advice to Nick: Don't make MHA a Pateron exclusive. Many people want to watch it, probably kids and teenagers who can't afford your pateron because they have no credit cards. MHA can get very stale with boring scenes, which your twitch chat can entertain you during those scenes. I can guarantee that you, recording MHA without a twitch chat will make you sleepy. Code geass is like Death note, short and pristine Master piece.
