The thing that bothers me about Mirio is not him getting his quirk back, but that we don’t get the build up for it. So much of the rest of the story after the arc with Overhaul, is just things happening for shock value, then you get a flashback to explain it, where so much of the story prior was more set up and payoff. There’s still a few good moments that were set up well and paid off but don’t be surprised if there’s a lot more parts of the story that feel shoehorned in for shock and awe.

I am so glad you are enjoying the series without worrying about the fandom. people will actually turn away from this series becuz of that, which is so dumb. I've gotten co workers to watch this show, but they stopped and havent caught up yet, which I encourage them to becuz it is so good.
