the seven warlords are former or "legal" pirates chosen by the goverment. They are working FOR the marine. The four emperors are pirates who are pretty strong but do not work for the marine. There is a huge difference.

Remember that Warlords aren’t a “power level”. They’re just pirates who were willing to sell out to the World Government in exchange for not being bothered by them. Mihawk is easily the most powerful among them, but he also would rather be left alone than constantly dogged by the Marines. Also, Emperors tend to have wide connections with many subordinates under their belt (as you saw with Whitebeard), while Mihawk is a lone wolf. If Mihawk one day walked out on the World Government, he probably still wouldn’t be named an Emperor, since if Whitebeard and his entire armada went up against Mihawk, it’s inarguable that Mihawk would (eventually) lose.

Well I know. I even read the manga. It’s not that good, bleach just has cool character designs and cool fights. It’s very superficial tbh. Hot take, but I’d say even fairy tail has more substance and is overall better than bleach.

I have shit to do in my life other than wait for a reaction to come out. I have a job and other shit going on in life. I can easily wait for it. I just was expecting it to be available when I had my free time earlier and it wasn't. So it is what it is. Not a big deal to me besides being a bit disappointed it wasn't already out.
