The recent season of slime is boring as fuck. I'm willing to bet nick would drop it when he gets there... he dropped Spy x family because of slice of life. Slime starts decently and is fun in the beginning but quickly devolves into a repetitive mess.. the combat lacks fighting direction, there are no stakes or tension in the fighting, but atleast it had some world/town building, but even that and the fanservice gets repetitive AND worse. By season 3 you'll be watching what I would say is "corporate work meetings" from the perspective of a company full of idiots. The politics in this show feels like it was written by a 5 year old. I have no problems watching an anime full of talking, but usually they have intelligent commentary this one doesn't, i'd say save yourself the trouble but I recommend you go through it yourself. This anime was fun when I was under 18. Atleast doctor stone Teaches you something and keeps things interesting. But honestly fate/zero is what i'd pick. Anything other than slime makes more sense imo.
