All the rules and info are in the form. I think, I hope, I didn't forget anything important in that info. I plan to keep form open for at least a week, and draw as many commissions as I can throughout the month of April. At the end of the month remaining requests on the pending list will be removed, returning to blank slate for the next time I open commissions.
