Hellllo everyone! Today we are starting the adventure of the LAST episode of In The Soop (season 2), and we will be staring our wind down with the boys. I have decided to split this episode into 3 parts since it is longer, and I wanted to savor every second of Soop time I could. 🥹🥹🥹🥹 I will still be watching the special episode after this one, so we still have a little more! Beef TarTare, which is what the Yukhoe is, I think....is raw beef (here in the US, it's usually ground beef) with seasonings and eggs. I've never had it, cuz I've never had high grade enough beef to trust it is fresh and clean and disease-free. But lots of people love it. where I live it's only served in the fanciest restaurants, or say if someone owns cattle and butchers them themselves, sometimes they'll have a bbq/cookout and make some from the freshly butchered cow, cuz they KNOW everything about how the beef was processed and can be confident it won't make them sick.
