Beef TarTare, which is what the Yukhoe is, I think....is raw beef (here in the US, it's usually ground beef) with seasonings and eggs. I've never had it, cuz I've never had high grade enough beef to trust it is fresh and clean and disease-free. But lots of people love it. where I live it's only served in the fanciest restaurants, or say if someone owns cattle and butchers them themselves, sometimes they'll have a bbq/cookout and make some from the freshly butchered cow, cuz they KNOW everything about how the beef was processed and can be confident it won't make them sick.
