Hellllo everyone! I am SO sorry that this is delayed and it is only one part. As yall know, my computer has been taking forever for export lately. Because of that, this part took a little over 3 hours to export, which means the second part will as well. That also means that it probably won’t be out until right before the 24 hours (9 PM EST - if it is even done by then). 😭 I’m so sorry. I started recording all of my videos at 6:45 a.m., and I didn’t realize it would take so long. I thought editing my wrap-up beforehand would leave me enough time, but it did not. I have learned for next time, though, that when it comes to albums with this many songs, I need to start even earlier! 💜💜

I never do this, but I am going to be replacing this early access video with the YT version to keep myself organized. I wanted to save this great comment from Karla, though: Jack in the Box is a masterpiece. The story is so cohesive and well thought out, you can clearly see what he's trying to say in every song. Btw, Pandora's Box myth begins with Prometheus, who stole fire from the gods to give to man. Because Prometheus had tried to trick the gods, Zeus devised a punishment for mankind that would let evil into the world. And this is where the story of Pandora and her box – or rather, jar – comes in.This punishment took the form of the first woman, Pandora, whose name means ‘All-Gifts’, because Zeus got Hermes, the messenger of the gods, to deliver to man via Epimetheus, the brother of Prometheus. Prometheus warned his brother not to accept gifts from Zeus, but Epimetheus didn’t heed the warning.Pandora unstopped a jar Epimetheus had in his possession for safe-keeping, the jar containing all the toils and sicknesses and other unspecified evils, and in taking the lid off the jar, Pandora let them out into the world. She put the lid back on the jar just in time to prevent hope from escaping too.
