I have a hard time keeping track of my work with a physical notebook. Digital tools work much better for me, so in anticipation for #Dungeon23, I made a quick spreadsheet (via Google Sheets) to help me track of my daily work in one place.

Here's how to use it:

Step 1: click on this link to make a copy of the Dungeon23 organizer.

Step 2: per the guidelines of the challenge, write your details for each room in the "details" cell associated with each day. Note the + and - signs that enable you to maximize and minimize groups (in this case levels) when they are done. 

Step 3: once a week (level) is complete, copy the "Level Template" sheet and follow the guidelines for quickly visualizing your dungeon level for the week. I'm not the best as drawing, so a free tool like Dungeon Map Doodler is really great for me. You can then insert your completed drawing into the sheet. Once this is done, return to the "Overview" sheet and mark the level as complete with the status checkbox!

Step 4: repeat and have fun!
