Hotfix v0.5.2 (Patreon)

Second hotfix of the day is out addressing a couple more issues, one critical:

• Fixed issue that was blocking access to sewers and other areas.

• Fixed issue where Cierna's first quest wasn't getting the UI prompt if your party was not empty.
