Carmela is the captain of the Mobile Police Station.
She's just turned forty-nine, a stage that caught her unprepared.
Carmela has an angry temper and suffer of a chronic headache. She has many frailties that clash with her role as "boss", but which will be mitigated by the meeting with Leo Rush, the only one to whom she reserves all the sweetness that her role allows her.
She has her office covered with photographs of her French bulldog "Odette" (in honor of the protagonist of "The Swan Princess") that she adores.
