Gummy Workshop and some sketches (Patreon)

Hey guys! I have a few things that aren't Red Muscle pages that I can share this time!

I've mentioned before but Mariel and I are going to table at Anime Expo again this year and we've wanted to pivot to a different brand name since Bumpers has generally been my thing tied closely with Ami, Frankie, Yuka and Ren. We decided we're going to go with the name Gummy Workshop as our brand for any creative projects that we do, which is of course comics and convention merch but also things we want to do in the future like games or music stuff, any multimedia projects really.

This is my contribution to the brand, A mascot girl named Jam who gets up to all kinds of creative hobbies like art, games and music. I wanted to make her really colorful to invoke the feeling of looking at a bag of gummy bears/worms so she's got that classic red blue mix of the best flavor of gummy worm. Mariel is going to design a little blobby slime-type creature to go along with Jam but we're still working on it. For now, this is a fun preview of a character I might be drawing a lot of! I wanted her to feel like a Mika Pikazo character and we'll see what sort of proportions I end up drawing her in for different pics but this is my little ref sheet.

Other than that, I'm trying to loosen up and get back into drawing scribbles of whatever but I'm feeling a little tapped out creatively. I had this concept for an F Zero style racer a bit ago which got me to draw Jody Summer but that idea hasn't gone anywhere yet. I want to get into drawing more NSFW too but all I have at the moment is this sketch of a girl bent over. I think it would make for a fun sticker though, haha!

I got a different job again which will hopefully give me more time to get back into making art with more time and intention so I'm hoping this patreon will get a lot more use soon! I'll have another post with some more Red Muscle pages soon, so that's all for now!
