WIPs and sketches (Patreon)

hey everyone,

I thought I was going to be able to finish up more things before the year was over but work is really taking a lot out of me. I'm throwing together the wips I have and some of the sketches I've been posting on my other socials for you all just as a december roundup.

I've wanted to do a group pic of all of my characters I've created over the past few years and this tug of war was one of my concepts that I thought was silly and fun. It's cool to see my full roster of characters all in one place (Dusty, the girl with wild blue hair in the center is Mariel's, and I'm missing 2 more characters plus some I never designed for Anjo's story). I tried to color code their shirts for series they belong to and make it look like they're all at a large scale family gathering at the park. Blue is Bumpers, Red is Red Muscle, Yellow is for Yoli, Black is for Anjo, Green is for my fantasy characters and the white/cream color is video game characters. If you happen to recognize all of these characters from my art over the years, you are a real one!

I also started playing Crosscode recently (as well as Signalis) and I wanted to draw Lea. I think I could do something better so this might get redrawn when I get further into the story and have something more interesting to work with, but for now it was fun to try to beautify her design even just a tiny bit.

Then there's some Scarlet outfits, trying to get a better sense of Scarlet's fashion sense after Mariel told me Scarlet's fashion is bad!! I was def relying a little too much on the athleisure attire which was a little too 1-dimensional for what I know I can do, so here's a few things. The Scarlet in the skimpy dress is something I've been toying with since I started writing Red Muscle, it's part of Edgar having a family reunion they're attending. I've been waiting for that chapter since like 2016 and it SHOULD be coming up as like, chapter 11 or so. SO CLOSE!!

Then there's some colorways for Lovely Baby in her office disguise, it's going to be a figure Scarlet buys in the new chapter 4, which I am making a lot of progress on lately. I threw in this nudie Scarlet too at the end even though her proportions are not right, those thighs are way too skinny, but it's tough to keep her consistent at less common angles that I dont have as many refs of or haven't practiced enough to visualize on my own yet.

That's all for now, I'd like to show my thumbs for ch4 but there's not a single page that doesn't have skipped over panels so it will probably be some time in January when those can get shared.
