Nat! My period is a lil irregular, and as fate would have it I started mine the day before our wedding. Mentally- I was still happy asf. Normal stress or jitters, but I wasn’t irritated or feisty. I think the beauty of the day really over-powers any period angst. Physically- I used a maxi tampon and period panties 😂 double upped, just in case. They make period panties that are more like a thong too, so not sexy wedding lingerie per se..but will protect the whites. All in all I can be v dramatic and survived, and even had a great day, you’ll be good 😊 !!!! & Congratulations 🥰

I take a tincture of female ginseng on the days leading up to my cycle, and it helps tremendously w/ period related mood swings and breakouts. So maybe check n see if that’s something that might help too :)
