For OP and ED you might like Kaguya-sama. the OP's for each season and the movie where done by the same artist. The ED's for S1 and S3 actually told a visual story and had special ED's in both seasons. S2 and the ED done for when it was split into 4 episodes are themed around the finale of the season. For me, the factor that moves a romcom to my top tier is the qualities of the male lead and a balance of perspective where the writing lets you understand why each of the characters feelings developed. Kaguya-sama, Toradora, Horimiya and My Dress Up Darling all share these traits IMHO. Alya has a good start with potential to join my top tier. Kuze strongly reminds me of the male leads of the old Key titles like Clannad and Kanon or Seitokai Yakuindomo. This brings back an old trope I don't think I've seen in about a decade. Rather than the oblivious or denial trope, Kuze seems to be playing the Tsukkomi (straight man) to Alya and Yuki's antics.

Kaguya-sama is one of my favourite shows of all time. My Dress-Up Darling is also up there. And I quite liked Toradora and Horimiya.
