Happy New Year (Patreon)

Here are a few samples from my first ice shoot I did yesterday with two of my dearest friends and soulmates on a warm winter day here in the Hudson Valley / upstate / downstate NY… what an amazing way to start the new year. I’m so excited for 2023. I feel better than ever before, spending time with loved ones, being sober, moving my body, attempting ice plunges and cold plunges whenever possible, eating healthy local food, working on so much art, making my studio space a sacred sanctuary, treating my body as the temple and unique instrument that it is, remembering everything is holy, every action and word is a prayer, spell, this continues to be a time of magic and miracles.
