Even though I have thousands of photos to still share with you all from the past few years of my fine art photography, here are a few raw snapshots that I took yesterday at Piney River Lake and Campground the day after my brothers wedding. Billy and I took a hike after I played in the mud and meditated at the base of the lake. It is also very high up in Vail, Colorado around ten thousand feet so I can only walk so fast and do so much before I lose my breath. This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. I'm so happy for my brother, living with his life partner in such a beautiful place. The very rare and short wildflower season is very much alive here. A hummingbird blessed them at the altar just moments before their kiss... and we saw a brown bear eating on the side of the road as we drove back down the mountain yesterday afternoon. I will post more formal wedding photos on my instagram and generic social media accounts, but I couldn't wait to post these small jpgs that I took with my new underwater Olympus point and shoot camera as I walked and swam in silence, without cell service or civilization.
