burns on the skin of mother earth... this is a very important series of mine from when I lived in Colorado... these were my final days there. These images were taken after a very dangerous forest forest fire near my brothers house that nearly decimated the community of Silverthorne, Colorado. These images / this series represents our relationship with mother earth and serves, in my mind, as a metaphor for our current socio-political and environmental global state of affairs.
