This is a lyric from John Craigie, a musician I met recently who I’ve been listening to a lot lately. His words and music are inspiring, calming, and centering. I had a surgery about a month ago that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I stopped drinking at this time and my mind and body have never felt better. I’m finally able to see things clearly and embrace the parts of and people in my life that facilitate growth and health. I’ve finally had the uninterrupted mental and physical time / space to focus on my visions of light during these dark times. I’ve been collaborating with artists as I continue to produce my own work and set up events and goals for the next few months. These images were taken this past week by Jonathan Red, a photographer that I connected with via Instagram through another one of my dear model artist friends.
