These screenshots were taken from videos the evening of the eclipse when we killed and skinned two rabbits for dinner. Between this experience and the meat conference that I was just at in Texas, I have finally begun developing a much deeper relationship with the food I eat. The cycle of life is precious and sacred. Given that eat meat, I want to participate in the process of filling the animal and honoring their lives. I’ve been learning so much during the past few few weeks, about myself, life, death, peace, love, and solitude.
