August 2022 Hiatus Announcement + Patreon Updates (Patreon)

Hey everyone, this is an update to let you know I will be taking a break from Patreon during the upcoming month of August 2022. As per usual, August is a busier month for me than usual, so unfortunately there is little time to focus on creating artwork.

That being said, I will be pausing the upcoming billing cycle so no current patrons will be charged during the month of August. Note, that if you become a patron during that month you will still be charged due to how Patreon works. Even though there will be no polls, I may release the occasional update or piece of content if I manage to find the time in my schedule, but it will probably just be some roughs or finished sketches.

Tier Update

Additionally, this is a notice that beginning in September 2022 I will be updating the price of the Impling tier to $3. I have been delaying the decision for a while, but I think a break is the best time to make the change. This provides those that may wish to cancel their support time to decide and gives me to necessary time to set up for the change. This will be a multistep process, but I will send out a follow up message beforehand to update patrons about the switch.

Request List

Along with this change, I am introducing a new opportunity available to all patrons. I will be creating a Request List exclusively for patrons to submit requests for character artwork. 

Going forward patrons will be able to submit characters and details they would like to see have a rough sketch made for that character at some point in the future. Not all requests will be guaranteed to receive a sketch, it is more an opportunity to contribute suggestions outside of the usual monthly artwork posts. Once added to the list, characters will remain on the list until they have been drawn. I will release more information about how to submit requests in the coming month.

I may also explore the possibility of streaming these requests and other artwork in the future, but have yet to work out the details regarding that.
