Monthly Waifu Poll for April 2022 -Results- (Patreon)

I really don't believe it hahaha. Well, I did expect this poll would turn out very interesting and I wasn't wrong, it's completely different from how I imagined it though.

Can I just say, I'm so surprised that this is the 2nd time we've seen the poll reach up to 100+ votes , not for one but 2 characters at that in a single poll?

I think it really came as a surprise that Marin pulled through and won a consecutive poll. Is she really that popular even now? Since the anime just ended, I thought her popularity would have waned a bit, but this certainly proved me wrong. 

As for 2nd place, I guess considering Genshin is still quite a popular trend, it's not as surprising to see Yelan with over 100+ votes herself. It was a really close match throughout the latter half of the poll where Yelan and Marin were competing with neither overtaking the other by far. I've been looking at the tallied scores throughout and thought to myself that Yelan will most likely win. 

But what really surprised me was 2B. It seems 2B's popularity is immortalized throughout all the video games she appears in as either a cameo/collab or surprise appearance through 3rd party mods. 2B might be taking the third place for the poll but I really think she might be the most liked character ever on a general scale. I've seen 2B mods almost everywhere ranging from Skyrim to Elden Ring. Where else have you encountered a 2B mod? I don't think there are any games out there without a 2B mod anymore these days. 

This was truly a fascinating poll. I've never seen so many split votes in a single poll, you guys really were stretched thin to decide who you want to vote xD
